Replacement pricing is based on flush fin or block frame replacement methods. No stucco patch or painting is included. What is included is hauling away old windows, trim and caulking. There is a $25 measure fee for quotes.  This is refundable upon ordering.

New construction pricing is based on nail-on fin types into wood frames in new construction only. No removal or carpentry is included. Moistop or equal high quality flashing and caulking is included.
